Titanic Quarter, Belfast: Kite Aerial Photography
I got down to the Titanic Quarter for some Kite Aerial Photography. We joined Andrew from Tug.com, who had permission to fly up to 500' for the Maritime Festival.

A bit of a hike up Cave Hill through Country Park from Belfast Castle got us to some fantastic views and kite flying.

First things first
I like to see things from a different perspective. Yes, I like to be open minded and here other people's points of view, but I also like to SEE the built environment from unusual angles and heights. If I can't get a kite up for some Kite Aerial Photography (KAP), then I try to change my perspective by climbing. Sometimes it is a mountain or peak. Today it was stairs. I climbed the 244 steps to the top of the 170' former chimney from the Jameson Whiskey distillery.

Leaving today!
I am almost ready for my departure later today. It will be a long day of travel - arriving in Dublin at 5:00 AM on Tuesday the 21st.
